Sir Terry Pratchett, OBE
Terry Pratchett has been knighted in the 2009 New Year Honours List. He was previously an Officer in the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire. He was therefore entitled to be called Sir Terry Pratchett and use the postnominal OBE.
Sir Terry Pratchett has died on March 12, 2015, aged 66, having had Alzheimer's disease for eight years.
Omar Rayyan
Omar Rayyan is a Massachusetts artist best known for his illustrations of children's books and stories. His work regularly appears in Cricket magazine. He has won awards from the World Fantasy Convention ("Most Humorous") and the New England Press Association (for editorial illustration). Rayyan's work delights fans at many regional and national science fiction conventions.
There were three printings marked as "First Edition", "First Edition / 2nd printing" and "First Edition / 3rd printing"
In at least two copies of the third printing, page 128 was blank. It is in the story "The Sea and Little Fishes." We have only heard of the two instances, so we assume it was a one-off printing problem. Since this title is out of print, there are no replacements. You can find a PDF of the missing page here.
